Due to COVID-19 issues, the School of Engineering will not be accepting any student funding requests until late summer 2020, at earliest.
Does your student group need funding for an activity that benefits the School of Engineering community or furthers the goals of your engineering association, for instance, a mentorship program, community outreach, or attendance at a national convention? The SoE accepts applications to assist groups with limited funding (up to $5000 per year per group). Fill out the OSA Qualtrics proposal form. If you have questions, contact Darlene Lazar in 135 Huang Engineering Center or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Proposals are accepted and reviewed quarterly. New submission deadlines for Autumn 2020-21 will be announced when we know more about resumption of campus life.
- Groups must be associated with the School of Engineering and have an ASSU account
- Complete proposals include other sources of group funding and your ASSU budget
- There is an upper limit of $5000 per group per year of SoE funding
Proposals for early fall activities should be submitted the previous spring quarter
